Carried out in October 2020 with 2,600 people, the survey showed that, for 94% of them, good customer service is the second most important attribute when searching for a product or service; second only to the quality of the item to be purchased, which is crucial for 98% of consumers.
 
Given the relevance of the index, it is important for companies to work on improving customer service. After all, this is the first contact between the company and the customer, and he is the one who will define how the customer experience will be; good or bad, whether he will actually buy the product offered, whether he will close the deal again in the future, whether he will indicate the company's solutions to other people, etc.
